Conference Planning Timeline

Explore the key milestones that mark our journey towards organizing the Believe 2027 conference.

2018 Initial Planning

Micheal E. Berry, PGP Kentucky was elected to join Billie Bradfield, RWGC in the journey to the 52nd Annual Triennial Assembly.

They agreed that Arizona and Kentucky would be 50/50 partners in forming a new State called “AriTucky” and both States would share the joy and expense of this journey.

They began by forming our core team made up of Keith Dreier, PGM Ky, Donna DiCola, Grand Treasurer AZ as the Financial leaders, Alice Wiggins, PGM Ky and Dave Hattrick, AZ as the Facilities leaders.

2019 Venue Selection

After extensive research, Billie and Mike agreed the PHX Convention Center woudl be a venue that aligns with their vision and would accommodate all attendees.

At Billie and Mike’s direction and with Maggie McClure, AZ Grand Trustee it was agreed the Phoenix Convention Center should be booked for the 52nd Annual Triennial and the Sheration Hotel Downtown Phx should be the Housing Headquarters.

Billie asked the Grand Chapter of Arizona to be her partner in securing a contract for the Convention Ctr and Hotel.

2024 Orientation in Kentucky

What a wonderful extremely well planned conference put on by Kentucky. We all learned what Billie and Mike expect of us by putting on breakout Committee and Officer education.
